Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how purchases, cancellations, and refunds work for PhyStudy Pro.

1. Nature of the Service

PhyStudy Pro is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks Pro-tier access (currently up to 100 quiz generations) for a defined period. It is not an auto-renewing subscription — you are charged once per purchase, and Pro access does not automatically renew or re-charge your payment method. When your Pro access period ends, you may choose to purchase again to continue Pro access.

2. No Refunds

Because PhyStudy Pro is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment (quiz generation credits/access), all purchases are final and non-refundable once Pro access has been provisioned to your account. This applies regardless of how much of your quiz allowance you have used.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial or unused quiz allowance
  • Dissatisfaction with quiz content or results

3. Exceptions

We will issue a refund only in cases where the failure is on our end, including:

  • You were charged but Pro access was not provisioned to your account due to a technical error
  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge)
  • A verified payment processing error caused an incorrect amount to be charged

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of the charge via our Contact page, with your payment reference ID. Valid refunds will be processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method, subject to Razorpay's standard processing timelines.

4. Cancellation

Since PhyStudy Pro is not a recurring subscription, there is nothing to "cancel" — no future charges will occur automatically. If you no longer wish to continue with Pro access, simply do not repurchase when your current access period ends. Your account will automatically revert to the free tier.

5. Account Suspension

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including misuse, abuse, or attempts to exploit the Service), no refund will be issued for any remaining Pro access, regardless of usage.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
